Xiaomi launched two new phablets – the Redmi Note 2 and the Redmi Note 2 Prime in August. While many customers are still awaiting Xiaomi’s flagship Mi 5, photos of yet another Redmi Note phablet have leaked.
As per rumors, the Redmi Note 2 Pro will be similar to the Redmi Note 2, albeit with a couple of differences. While most of the specifications are likely to remain the same, the photos reveal a metallic unibody design and a fingerprint sensor, Mobile-Dad reports. The overall design seems to remain the same.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro is expected to flaunt a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with a pixel density of 401ppi, and be powered by a 2.2GHz MediaTek MT6795 octa-core chipset paired with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
The Redmi Note 2 Pro is also expected to feature a 13-megapixel primary camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, and a 3,060mAh battery. On the software front, it is expected to run on Android Lollipop-based MIUI 7.
