Asus has launched its first premium Windows 10 ultrabook called ZenBook UX305LA in India. The ZenBook will be available starting from October 15 at Asus exclusive stores and leading online retailers at a starting price of Rs 97,990.
One of the USPs of the ZenBook is its metallic body that adds to its premium look and feel. Asus also claims that with just 12.3mm thickness, it is equipped with world’s slimmest 13.3-inch QHD+ display.
Asus ZenBook UX305LA sports a 13.3-inch LED-backlit QHD+ display that runs at a resolution of 3200×1800 pixels. It is powered by Intel’s fifth-generation Core i7-5500U processor clocked at 2.4GHz and paired with 8GB of RAM. The processor also supports TurboBoost frequency up to 3GHz. Core i5 variant will also be launched by the end of this quarter. This ultrabook comes with 64-bit Windows 10 OS out-of-the-box.
Also on the offer is 512GB of SSD storage, which Asus claims is six times faster than usual hard disk. It is also equipped with an HD web camera for making video calls. With a 6-cell Li-ion battery, connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11n, two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port and an HDMI 1.4 output port. The ZenBook UX305LA will be available in black, white and gold color options.
