HTC started buyback scheme for One Mini and One dual-SIM in India


Apple and Nokia recently announced trade in schemes for their respective flagship smartphones, HTC too has rolled out a ‘smart upgrade offer’ for the One Mini and the One dual-SIM smartphones. The company is offering up to Rs 5,200 off on exchanging a smartphone to upgrade to HTC One dual-SIM, and up to Rs 4,300 discount on upgrading to HTC One Mini under this scheme. This offer is valid till December 31, 2013.


HTC One mini was launched for Rs 36,790 and will now cost Rs 32,490 after discount. Similarly, the One dual-SIM will now cost Rs 48,390, after getting a rebate on the launch price of Rs 53,590. The company has also said that the discounts will be applicable on the MOP of the phones, which might vary from retailer to retailer.

HTC is also offering a cash back scheme to the Citibank, HDFC, ICICI , Induslnd bank and Standard Chartered bank card holders. Users can avail up to 4 percent cash back on 6 months of EMI.
