You might be wondering what the Nexus 5 2015 "Bullhead" that we've been speculating about for the last three months might look like? An alleged leaked photo of the smartphone might be our first glimpse. Indonesian Goolge+ user Inno Yudah posted above photo to a Nexus enthusiast community. He gave no indication of what it is, but based on the clear "Nexus" label on the rear, the "not for sale" markers, and the general size, many are speculating that this is a pre-retail version of LG's Nexus phone.
We're pretty skeptical about this one. On the one hand it roughly matches fan-made renders published last week. Those renders can't be confirmed, but are claimed to be based on firsthand experience with both the LG Nexus 5 and the larger Huawei Nexus phone expected later this year. On the other hand, neither the renders nor this photo match LG's current design language, and they don't look much like the previous LG-made Nexus 5 from 2013, either. The rear shows a standard camera module with an exaggerated "hump" and a metal or plastic circle that would seem to indicate a fingerprint reader, a confirmed AOSP feature in the next version of Android.
