Twitter has rolled out a refreshed interface for Twitter web, which replicates the look and feel of its apps on iOS and Android. The whole interface has been tweaked with a new home feed, navigation bar, and more to offer a similar experience across platforms as well as to make the app more interactive and colorful.
One can simply open and see the changes right on the the home feed page, which gets more elaborated columns featuring personal profile details, suggestions and trends, and feeds, all of which look like that on the iOS and Android app. The background photo now does not come as big as earlier, and the columns for feeds and other things take the most of the space on screen.
The placement of the profile picture remains like earlier on the top left side, but now it comes with the background picture of the profile as well. The navigation bar too gets a noticeable change, and comes in a different color and look, with the Twitter icon placed in the center.
As always, Twitter has not rolled out this design-oriented update for all as of now, and will be releasing it in phases. So those eager to use the updated version might have to wait till it reaches them.
