Lenovo Launched Vibe P1 With 5,000 mAh Battery, Fingerprint Sensor And Vibe S1 With Dual Selfie Camera

Lenovo has launched 3 new members in its Vibe family of smartphones at IFA 2015 in Berlin. First one is the Vibe P1, it’s USP is its massive 5,000mAh battery along with OneKey Power Saver mode. Second one is Vibe P1m which is smaller varient of Vibe P1 and the last member is dedicated to selfie lovers, smartphone is named as Vibe S1 equipped with dual front facing cameras.

The Vibe P1 comes with a fingerprint sensor for content privacy and also supports fast charging capability, which Lenovo calls Rocket Charge.

Lenovo Vibe P1:
It sports a 5-5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. It is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 615 1.5GHz octa-core processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Also on the offer is 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card.

On the camera front, it sports a 13-megapixel main camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing snapper for selfies and video calling. Connectivity options include dual-SIM and 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.

Lenovo Vibe P1m: 
Along with the P1, Lenovo has also launched the 5-inch variant with HD (1280×720 pixels) display called the Vibe P1m. It is powered by MediaTek’s MT6735P 1GHz processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Also on the offer is 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card. The battery on the Vibe P1m is slightly lowered to 4,000mAh. It also comes with a splash-proof nano-coating technology and borrows the fast charging capabilities from the Vibe P1. The Vibe P1m will be available starting from $159 (approximately Rs 10,500).

Lenovo Vibe S1:
The selfie craze is far from being subsided, and tapping into this craze is Lenovo’s new smartphone. The smartphone’s USP are the two selfie cameras. One of them is an 8-megapixel snapper, while the other is a 2-megapixel depth-sensor. The unique dual front camera technology lets users mix and swap different photo backgrounds to either create a blur effect or create completely new images. At the back, there is a 13-megapixel camera with dual LED flash.


It flaunts a 5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The Vibe S1 is powered by MediaTek’s MT6752 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Also on the offer is 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 128GB. The smartphone also comes with 2,420mAh battery.

On the connectivity front, it comes with support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The smartphone will come with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. The Lenovo Vibe S1 will be available starting from November.
