Today Microsoft announced that new Facebook Messenger app coming for Windows Phone in the “coming weeks”. The app is a collaboration between Microsoft and Facebook and ensures the top messaging experience for Windows Phone users.
The app was one of the most requested features to have a standalone, regularly updated app for Windows Phone. No word on specific functions, but because it is a standalone app, it can be updated with new features on a regular basis.
