Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 available now in India for Rs 22,999

Samsung launched the Galaxy Grand 2 in India in December 2013 but surprisingly company did not reveal the pricing and chose to keep it secret until the device launched in the first week of January. Though it is about two weeks late, the Galaxy Grand 2 is finally available on the company’s India eStore for Rs 22,999.
The Galaxy Grand 2 comes with 5.25" HD (1280×720 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 1.5GB of RAM. This is an improvement on the Galaxy Grand which was powered by a 1.2GHz Cortex A9 dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM.

Galaxy Grand 2 features an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and support for 1080p video recording and a 2MP snapper at the front. Other features include 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card and a 2,600mAh battery with up to 10 hours of playback and 17 hours of talktime.

Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. Galaxy Grand 2 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box, and also brings Samsung apps like ChatON, Samsung Hub, S Health, Group Play, S Travel, S Translator, Samsung Link, and Story Album.
